India’s dermatology market has always pulled in two directions — either heavily discounted, over-the-counter products with no protocol behind them, or premium ranges priced out of reach for the patients who need them most. I started noticing this gap clearly during the lockdown, watching how little rigor sat behind most of what was being sold to Indian skin, and how disconnected that was from what dermatologists actually wanted to prescribe.
That observation became Aradhana Pharmaceuticals in 2023 — built quietly, focused on getting the compliance and manufacturing foundation right before building anything patient-facing on top of it. Arionix Laboratories launched in May 2026 as the dermatology arm of that foundation: a prescription-only line built with dermatologists, not just for them.
Four things guide every product we make.
Ingredient-first — every formulation is held to a standard of pharmaceutical-grade quality and consistency, start to finish.
AI-assisted — we use it as a research and formulation tool, never as something we put in a bottle or lean on as a marketing gimmick.
Doctor-centric — every product is shaped by conversations with the dermatologists who will prescribe it, not by what looks good in a retail aisle.
Protocol-driven — we think in treatment protocols, not standalone SKUs, because that’s how skin actually gets treated.
We’re early. Arionix has been in the market only a few months, and we know trust in this field isn’t given — it’s earned one prescription at a time. That’s the only way we intend to build it.
